Devon Lyon

Devon Lyon joined the Cincinnati office in November as an Electrical Engineer. Devon spent the past 4 years with Alexander & Associates in Cincinnati, where he gained experience working in the design and installation of industrial production lines, supporting designs from initial definition through the final start-up phase. He was responsible for meeting with the customer for project definition and periodic design reviews, creating electrical schematics, calculating power requirements and SCCR ratings, and compiling equipment lists. Devon provided support in the installation, inspection, and start-up on projects ranging from control upgrades to full line installations. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Dan Wheeler

We're happy to announce that Dan Wheeler joined InLine Engineers’ Cincinnati office as Project Engineer in November. Most recently, Dan spent 6 years with the Kellogg Company- serving as Quality and Food Safety Manager for the Louisville, Kentucky Bakery. Prior to that role, he worked at the Pringles Manufacturing plant in Jackson, Tennessee as both Food Safety Manager and Site Utilities Manager. Dan also has 5 years of experience in developing and managing projects in the real estate industry. Dan earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and also holds a MBA degree form Xavier University.  

Greg Griebenow, PE

Greg Griebenow joined InLine in November as a Project Manager in the Louisville office. Greg comes to InLine after a 12 year run at C & I Engineering in Louisville, where he acquired broad experience in managing capital improvement, maintenance, and utility projects in refineries, chemical, and pipeline facilities. Prior to C & I, he was a Project Engineer with Valvoline (11 years) and Ashland Pipeline Company. Greg holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa. He earned his PE in 1998 and PMP certification in 2007, and is ready to apply his technical and project knowledge in the food industry.

Ralph Bowling, PE

Ralph joined InLine's Louisville office in October. He brings 25+ years of experience in electrical engineering. His most recent position was Senior Electrical Engineer with another local engineering firm. Prior to that, Ralph worked for a number of manufacturers: Jordan Technologies (Manager of Electrical and Automation Engineering), Phoenix Process Equipment (Lead Project Manager and Engineering Manager), Advanced Filtration Concepts Electrical Engineering Manager), and Interlake Conveyors (Controls Engineer). Ralph holds both Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville. He became a registered Professional Engineer in 1996.

Jeffrey Evans

Jeffrey joined InLine’s Louisville office as a Mechanical Designer in September of 2017. He spent the previous two years as a Mechanical Designer with Piping & Mechanical Emphasis at Dow Chemical in Carrollton, Kentucky. Prior to Dow, Jeffrey worked 4 years with Steele Technical Services (an on-site services provider at Dow Corning) as a CAD Technician. He has expertise in AutoCAD, Inventor, SmartPlant 3D, and Plant 4D. Jeffrey obtained an Associate’s degree in Land Survey/Civil Engineering Technology from Southeast Nebraska Community College in December of 2008.

Graeme Guinup

Graeme became a member of InLine’s Cincinnati office as a Mechanical Designer in September of 2017. He spent the previous two years as a Tool Design Engineer with Hi-Tek Manufacturing in Mason, Ohio.  Prior to that, Graeme completed Co-Op rotations at Advanced Drainage Systems, Meyer Tool, and TEMA Systems. He has significant experience with AutoCAD and 3D computer drafting/design using Inventor and SolidWorks. Graeme has an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Cincinnati State and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from Miami University.

Ali Esmaili, PE

Ali Esmaili joined InLine Engineers’ Louisville office in August of 2017. He brings over 15 years of experience in process, manufacturing, consulting and construction. He has a strong working knowledge of various codes and standards for chemical and process industries. Ali is proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, MS Office, and MS Project, and is knowledgeable in rotating equipment, piping design, and pressure vessels. Most recently, Ali was with another engineering firm in Louisville, and prior to that spent significant time in Canada working for Dow Chemical, Stantec, and Scott Pump Service. Ali is a licensed PE and hold Master’s degrees in both Chemical and Mechanical Engineering.
